I want to thank all of you for participating in the process. Our returns were above average with 54% responding. Of the ninety ballots returned, four failed to follow directions and could not be opened. Eight ballots were returned from members currently listed as E-49. Unfortunately, the constitution precludes opening these ballots. Of the remaining 78 ballots, your presidents ballot remained unopened. Article 59 of the Constitution holds the president ineligible to vote unless his/her vote breaks a tie. Sixteen (16) members rejected the agreement with sixty-one (61) members accepting the agreement.

With ratification, remember to call in by 1300 for next days assignment! Also, remember to bid at or before your appointed time to ensure your bidding privileges. Part Time drivers will not be called for bidding UNLESS a bid sheet has been submitted indicating desire to bid.
