Ballots were counted today. Seventy-four (74) ballots were returned. Four additional ballots were returned undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. Please update your address if you did not receive a ballot.

Unfortunately, forty-two (42) of the ballots returned did not possess a return address. Per the constitution, each ballot must be verified by return address, and those unverified cannot be opened. Per constitution, the Secretary-Treasurer retains all ballot materials.

The Constitution does not allow members listed E-49 to vote, therefore four (4) ballots were ineligible.

Twenty-two (22) voted in favor of signing the LOA.

Six (6) voted against signing the LOA.
