Follow up with David Gudgel

On Friday, January 14th, I spoke with David Gudgel regarding issues addressed here. Mr. Gudgel has assured me there is only one computer system - the new one rumored to exist - and that all departments are now using it. According to Mr. Gudgel, the next phase to be tested will be "tying up", the process where drivers will come into the driver's room and close out there charter on the computer. Be certain you receive complete training on this, as this will be the information from which you are paid. (Assuming it works) 

Mr. Gudgel also informed me that notices from accounting do not enter your file, however should multiple notices arrive at Mollie without proper response from the employee, disciplinary notices will be issued from Mollie, and those WILL ENTER YOUR FILE. 

We continue to explode months of CBO #s for moves like airport express, sightseeing, Boeing tour center, etc., and Mr. Gudgel explained there is no way to "Un-explode" when changes or cancellations occur. We will forever be relying on personnel to hand deliver these changes or deletions.
