New bids are posted and the bidding process will begin soon. If you plan to bid a UW service (south lake union shuttle or night ride) you must sign up for the training classes prior to bidding. Anyone signed up for the class will be eligible to bid UW work. Failure to attend the class will result in the bid being awarded to the next senior qualified driver. These classes will only be offered on the listed dates. This training is an annual requirement per contractual agreement between GLS and University of Washington.

Merger Ballots to Arrive Soon, Vote by Phone 7/10/07
Based on What I have seen so far, my recommendation is to vote "no". You're going to receive a great deal of information which you'll have very little time to read, however it is important that you vote. The International Administration is trying to rush this past us, and I fear it's because they know that if we study it close, something is terribly wrong. Click here to see why I'm voting no. Vote your own conscious. But if you don't have time to read it, please vote no! Your vote could be the one that saves us from this!
