As reported on November 10th, the proposed five dollar per month dues failed to achieve the two-thirds margin needed to pass. However, the Constitution allows the President to impose a two dollar per month increase without an election and he has chosen to do so. Effective January 1, 2006, each member will notice a $2.00 increase in his/her monthly dues.
