As you know the safety bonus for the period ending April 30, 2005 has not yet been paid. The bonus is now overdue. According to the Collective Bargaining agreement which states: "The bonus is payable semi-annually as soon after April 30 and October 31 as it can be calculated". There is no way that it takes fifty-two (52) days to do this. When are planning on paying it. Way back in 1994 the bonus was calculated and paid within fourteen (14) days. I am sure computers have not slowed down, and I can only assume the Employer has elected do delay the payment. You are now just sitting on Thousands of dollars that should be in the hands of the drivers.
