Opt Out Form - for the period of May 01 thru Oct 31, 2007
In compliance with Aricle 9 - WORK ASSIGNMENTS, BIDS AND REQUESTS
A. - 1.	Within 30 days of employment and during the polling periods established in
	Article 7.01b of the Agreement, Full time Drivers may declare their preference to
	not perform certain identified types of work, not to exceed twenty percent (20%)
	of the preference lists.  Where the Driver has not so advised the Employer, he/she
	will be assumed to be available for all types of work.  The employer will endeavor
	to incorporate preference into the work assignments.
For May 01 thru Oct 31, 2007 Opt Out List:

2	Tractor/Trailer
3	Downtown Airporter Service
4	Connector Service
5	City Sights Tour
6	Night Ride Service
7	South Lake Union Shuttles
8	Double-Decker Tour
9	Boeing Tour Center
10	Boeing License Transportation Shuttles
11	Interstate Charters
12	International Charters (Canada)
13	Narrated Charters (does not include Shore Excursions)
14	Luggage Trucks
20% of the above list is 2.8 = which we will round to 3 items that FULL TIME ONLY drivers
may indicate as an opt out.
