IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL LOCAL 161 MEMBERS

The month of August 2004 is the first month with three paydays since the changeover to the new bi-weekly payroll schedule began in

May 2004. Paydays are August 3, 17, and 31.

As a result of the three paydays in the month, there will be NO DEDUCTIONS FOR DUES OR OTHER ASSESSMENTS taken from the August 31 payroll.

If you find in your payroll “Earnings Statement” that UTU dues or assessments have been deducted from your August 31 paycheck, please advise me immediately.
