Assigned to a bus with misdirected mirrors? If you cannot move them, do not drive the bus to the shop. Walk to the shop and have a mechanic come loosen and adjust the mirror. We all want to be kind to our fellow workers. Overworked mechanics may harass you for not bringing the coach to the shop for repairs. Remember, that mirror reflects your safety. If the mirrors are not properly aimed, you cannot safely back the coach to drive to the shop. The ensuing points from the minor accidents you're exposed to will go on your personal safety record, and will definitely affect your safety bonus while perhaps resulting in your termination. Now that surely sheds new light...  reflection on it, doesn't it?
