All Offices of the Local Committee of Adjustment are open for nomination. Soon, nomination forms will be available in the office. If you wish to run for any office, fill out a nomination form indicating the office you seek. All nomination forms must be signed by five members eligible to vote. Completed nomination forms should be delivered to Secretary-Treasurer Ingersoll, to be read at the October Union Meeting. Additionally, nominations can be made from the floor of the October Meeting. Nominations made from the floor, witnessed by members present, do not require signatures of eligible voters.

All members whose dues are current are eligible to vote. Remember, if you are part time, you have the right to be listed as E-49 and receive dues relief when you work zero (0) hours during a calendar month. However, if you elect to take E-49 status, you are not eligible to vote in any elections held during that time. To receive a ballot, you must pay monthly dues, even if you do not work, pursuant to the Constitution of the United Transportation Union.
