At our December monthly meeting, nominations were accepted for the office of General Chairperson.

All nominations were made in via submitted forms. The following individuals, alphabetical by last name, submitted proper forms with sufficient number of supporters.

        John George

        Larry Gregg

        Rodney Overgaard

        Patty Snell

The winner must receive a majority of the votes cast. In the event one candidate does not receive fifty percent of the ballots, plus one, the person receiving the least number of votes will be dropped from the ballot and the issue will be re-voted, per the constitution.

Ballots are scheduled to be mailed out December 17th, 2008. These ballots must be filled out according to directions provided and post marked for return no later than January 7th, 2009. The ballots will be collected from the P.O. Box the morning of January 13th and counted at our meeting that evening. Good luck to all the nominees.
