We will be having the Union/Management Meeting on Friday April 30th if you have anything you want to add on the agenda please let me know by Thursday the 29th

The new bids have now been posted for you to review and we will start the biding this week for the bid period of May 8th - June 11th

Your retirement statements will be in your boxes this week and the Retirement Committee will be meeting on Friday April 30th with Wells Fargo to discuss the 2009 financial statements of the trust fund if you have any questions concerning the plan itself, please contact me.

Please check your Medical Card and Drivers License we have had lot of drivers pulled out of service for expired cards. Also check with Safety before you go to renew your medical card as there have been some changes in procedures.

Hard to imagine it's all ready time for the ships to start rolling in we will be having the first ship on Monday 26th.

We will be having an election for Secretary/Treasurer look for your ballet in the mail soon.

By now some of you have signed for your CSA 2010 if you haven't please see Chuck Fox so he can explain the book to you and how it can affect you as a driver.

Gray Line has secured some more new contracts with Boeing.

VIRs are now once again kept in the busses if you have any problems please see the shop then contact dispatch.

If you are just coming back to Gray Line after not working in awhile WELCOME BACK Please look on the clip board for any old memos you may have missed and look at the board for any new memos, we have undergone lots of changes in paperwork and procedures. You can also pick up your copy of the new contract.
