As the new Airport Express schedule takes hold, we are experiencing some issues related to communication. Some drivers are receiving cash bags while others are only getting the credit card machines. Unfortunately, there is no indication on the side of the coach or the brochure flyers to let passengers know cash sales are not acceptable. It would seem that several WUTC regulations were not adhered to. We do not appear to have the schedule posted anywhere passengers would see. The brochure says what time the first and last pick-up is, and that coaches arrive "every twenty minutes".
