Brothers and Sisters,

As you know, my arbitration was heard on May 11th. I want to personally thank all who stopped in at the Warwick Hotel to show support, as well as those who showed their support in other ways. I realize it wasn't possible for all to attend.

The Company presented a strong case, and International Vice President Roy Arnold presented our best case on my behalf. It is now up to the respective lawyers to present their briefs, at which time it will be solely in the hands of the Arbitrator. There is no way to predict how the Arbitrator will rule, therefore it could go either way. It may be August before we have definitive word.

In the meantime, I will continue as General Chairman to preserve your rights and working conditions.

Again, Thanks for your continued support.
