On November 15, 2007, Paul Schneider tendered his resignation, citing personal reasons. I reluctantly accepted, with sincere regret and sorrow. Paul has served selflessly, with pride and integrity, for the past two years. We owe our heartfelt thanks to Paul for a job well done.
